All nail sets are handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Methods + Tracking
Orders are shipped via standard USPS unless otherwise stated. Shipping times vary based on location and postal service conditions. Domestic shipping within the United States is free. International shipping is calculated at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Frank and August is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. Once shipped, delivery is outside our control.
Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded.
